Meta-Analysis is a set of statistical methods
for combining data from multiple studies to
determine the overall strength of relationships.
Meta-Analysis allows scientists and policy
makers to take stock of overall trends within
a body of research. However, data from weak
or poorly designed studies can affect detection
of real associations.
